Following their funding, I coached the new sales and technical staff as well.

KeraVision, Inc., Fremont, CA
KeraVision is the developer of Intacs®, the first FDA approved non-laser option for the surgical treatment of nearsightedness. Since the company was founded in 1987, I have coached the executives in preparation for each round of venture funding and for their presentations to the FDA, designed and presented a communication training program for doctors' assistants who talk to patients about the new Intaacs® product, redesigned two of the company's educational presentations, and trained the international sales staff in persuasive presentation skills.

Rucker Fuller, Inc., San Francisco and San Jose
Re-defined the company's market positioning message, wrote the sales and marketing language for every product and service, and trained the sales force in advanced presentation skills, persuading with story-telling, telephone prospecting, and telephone service. Consulting processes included customer and employee focus groups, individual coaching, and group behavioral training. Rucker Fuller, now merged with Lindsay Ferrari, is the largest marketer of Steelcase and other business furniture systems in the West.

This leading producer of consumer video games stages an annual multi-media extravaganza to inform and motivate thousands of their resellers. My job was to make the executives' presentations as dynamic as the million dollar staging in Orlando. I consulted on speech content and coached all the senior and mid-level executives before and during the production.
